Reserve online
Pick your tree, your service, and a delivery window. It takes about two minutes.

We pull it fresh
Your tree is selected at the farm the day before delivery and kept in water overnight.

We set it up
We text when we are thirty minutes out, carry it in, stand it straight, and fill the stand.

We take it away
On Saturday, January 2 or Sunday, January 3, we come back for it. Full Service includes the pickup.

How fresh is the tree?
Leyland Cypress is grown and cut here in the Upstate. NC Fraser Fir comes down from the North Carolina mountains. Every tree gets a fresh base cut on delivery day, which opens the trunk so it drinks.
Can I choose my exact tree?
We hand-select every tree for a full shape and a straight trunk. Tell us in the order notes if you prefer it fuller or slimmer, or if your space has a low ceiling, and we pick for that.
Do I need to be home?
Full Service needs an adult home to let us in. Delivered orders can be left netted at your front door. We text you when we are thirty minutes away either way.
How does the January pickup work?
Pickups run Saturday, January 2 or Sunday, January 3. We text you a few days before. Leave the tree by the front door, or have us carry it out from inside. Take off every ornament, light, and hook first.
How do I keep it alive through Christmas?
Check the water every day. A fresh tree can drink a gallon on the first day. Keep it away from heat vents and the fireplace, and never let the water drop below the trunk.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Move your window any time it has space. Cancel up to 48 hours before your window for a full refund.
How do I pay?
Reserve online and pay by card. You get a receipt by email and a confirmation text before delivery day.
